| Campbelltown Performing Arts High
School is one of four specialist performing arts schools in the state.
Our school is unique in regard to our resources offering performance
space, dance studio and performance hall. In Music and Video we offer
a specialist computerised recording room. Students have access to instruments
and sound and lighting facilities. The school also runs an extensive
costume and wardrobe facility. Teachers are fully qualified in their
teaching area and are themselves performers, directors, dancers, choreographers
and musicians. The philosophy is to provide quality, engaging learning
opportunities for all students studying the performing arts. |
Courses offered include Drama, Dance,
Music, Band, Vocal/Choir, Circus and Technical Production as well as
Higher School Certificate Courses in Drama, Dance, Music and the Entertainment
Certificate II. The school also offers the inclusion of workshops and
performances for students conducted by a variety of talented professionals
working in Industry. The school offers Ensemble Groups to all auditioned
students in concert band, Circus, Dance, Drama, and Vocals/Choir.
